The murder music singers are denying they have signed the Reggae Compassionate Act (RCA). Their denials are being widely reported in the black press worldwide, and on reggae and dancehall websites. These posts should point out the singer's denial that they have signed the RCA is contradicted by the fact that they HAVE signed and their signatures are posted on the web here.
