Why Don’t Black Women With Breast Cancer Know Their Options? File this under the sad but true category.
Terrie Williams did not just write a new book, Black Pain: It Just Looks Like We’re Not Hurting, she is boldly embarking on a crusade to save us from ourselves. Why? Because she knows that mental illness is something we just don’t want to talk about.

We’ve all had them at one time or another but trying to separate fact from fiction when it comes to the cause and prevention of stitches is a mystery in itself. Research has shown that over 50% of those that exercise from the mere novice to the advanced have experienced a stitch at some point in their training. Stitches are common in such sports as swimming, team sports, aerobics, running and boxing.

Are Lesbians At Risk for Contracting HIV from Each Other?
Yes!! There have been cases reported since the mid 1980's which indicate that women are transmitting HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) to each other. Despite these reports the US Federal Government's Center for Disease Control (CDC) does not include female to female transmission in its AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) reports. Many lesbians mistakenly believe that they are not at risk. HIV is transmitted when blood, vaginal fluids, breast milk or semen from an HIV infected person enters your blood stream.

Hep C is transmitted primarily by contact with infected blood, and the vast majority of infections which have occurred in the UK are linked either to injecting drug use or receipt of contaminated blood products. Hep C does not seem to be very easily transmitted through sex, though a number of GUM clinics have noted a increase in cases in gay and bisexual men in the last few years. These have been associated with (unprotected) oral and anal sex, with fisting, and with being HIV-positive.
Sexual Aphrodisiacs -Blame it on Adam and Eve for the first bit of the forbidden fruit; food and sex have always enjoyed a healthy relationship. Though it has not been truly proven that aphrodisiacs actually work on a sexual level, the mere belief certain foods, drinks, drugs, scents, or devices can arouse or increase sexual desire, libido, or improve sexual performance is enough for some of us.

From increases in bone density, reduction in body fat, development in muscle strength, tone, improvement in self-esteem and decrease in sleep disorders. In this article I’ll look at how strength training benefits women.I started weight training at the age of seven and at that point in my life I had no idea of the real benefits of strength training for women, let alone what I was actually trying to achieve through using weights.
LUBRICATION (LUBES) EXPOSED -The vagina produces its own natural lubricant (vagina juices) within a few seconds when a woman becomes sexually aroused. This natural lubrication makes penetration easier and much more pleasureable, however some women do not produce enough lubrication or their vagina dries up if they are not stimulated long enough during foreplay or stimulated the right way. After childbirth and menopause women produce less vaginal secretions than usual and it is at these times that artificial lubricants such as creams and jellies come in handy.
