Were you there for the 5th Birthday Party at AREA? It was packed to the gills, and as Peter Boome wrote in QX "the night sizzled with an excitement that almost too the roof off.

The awesome Booty dancers we saw for the first time at the Birthday bash will be back Saturday 16th September, with their enVOGUE show with backing tracks coming at ya from across the Atlantic on the Stairways in the Dance Hall.

Much praise also for the improved House Arena which has it's own bar and chill out zone. It’s practically a House Club within the club, and with DJs Sugarbear, Severino and MC/DJ Tyron plus live percussionist Joy it is also one of the best you're likely to come across in London this weekend.

The Live&Soul bar attracted much praise, with live singers and entertainers likely to grab the microphone. Here is a space to chill, relax in a Soul R&B and Rare Groove kind of vibe. It will also be the scene for the Pacman crew celebrating Ninebob's and Mr. T's birthday. The only negative comments we had was that the club closed at 5am.
