NyAshia: For women of Colour'
Provide a safe and friendly space for women of colour who are either comfortable with who they are as lesbian/bisexual women or are questioning their sexuality and want to meet up with other women of colour within the gay community. They also provides a variety of activities on a social and informative level.
Meets: monthly on the last Wednesday of every month at:

People just like you can make a real difference, by giving a few hours of their time to support others to have a voice. Citizens have a one to one relationship with another person, who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities or need support as they get older.

Southend - Friendly Local Group - There is an informal and friendly group for gay men, bisexuals and lesbians who work in central Southend which meets fortnightly at lunchtimes. We are a friendly bunch, and our group is just for socialising, making friends and keeping in touch. There is no membership fee.
